The three handed clock will not start
The three handed clock north of the Meneandes area will not start. The 3 digit display and random number generator are active but the clock will not move from all 3 hands being vertical.


Answer:

There is a time-measure routine in RHEM 4 working with the time since the last start of the operating system. If your computer runs since a long time this is maybe the reason for the problem. In this case please restart your computer.
